Our client, a highly respected and growing law firm, is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Legal Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Position OverviewThe Legal Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the firm’s attorney recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on law school and associate recruiting. This individual will serve as a primary point‑of‑contact for first‑year associates and ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. Job Responsibilities- Support the legal recruitment team with new‑hire onboarding, interviews and campus recruitment
- Lead and coordinate law school recruitment and campus recruiting initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with law schools and career services offices
- Serve as the primary point‑of‑contact for all first‑year associate attorneys
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer processes
- Support summer associate programs and related recruitment events
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized recruitment records
- Manage multiple recruiting projects while ensuring timely execution
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the legal space
- Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Experience with campus recruiting and law school recruitment required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑starter with a proactive, “go‑getter” attitude
- High level of professionalism and discretion
