360 is a financial services and asset management platform for residential property investors in the United States. The company connects fragmented loan markets with institutional capital through a branchless network of third-party originators, brokers, and in-house sales teams to originate loans to property investors who buy, rehab, resell, and/or rent properties. The company originates and services multiple business-purpose loan products (“BPLs”), via various sales channels which, together with ancillary service offerings, provide an end-to-end experience that drives repeat customer transactions and profitability.

the Role
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable HR Professional to support two distinct organizations: a mid-size financial institution and a fast-growing technology startup. This role offers a unique chance to apply HR expertise across different organizational cultures, growth stages, and business needs, while working closely with and reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.
Core ResponsibilitiesThe HR Professional will assist the Chief People Officer with overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR software and systems management, policy development and maintenance, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management. This role serves as a key point of contact for employee relations, handling sensitive matters with discretion, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
The HR Professional will also maintain accurate employee records, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and support workplace safety.
In partnership with hiring managers, the HR Professional will support talent acquisition efforts by coordinating recruitment processes, managing job postings, and assisting with candidate selection. The role will also contribute strategically by providing HR metrics and insights, supporting organizational development and culture-building initiatives, including helping to plan and organize company events, and identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency across both organizations.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience. Preference for multi-company, startup, or high-growth environments
- Strong knowledge of:
Employment law, HRIS systems (knowledge of Darwinbox is a plus) - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different teams and cultures
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
- Experience with equity compensation
- Familiarity with NYC and NYS employment regulations
