Executive Recruiter- Financial Services

We are looking to add talented financial services-focused recruiters to support and grow our Alternative Investments and Banking Clientele.

• Source candidates for open job orders using various internal and external resources (i.e., internal databases, various external data sources, referrals networks, recruitment of passive candidates, etc.)
• Develop, maintain and expand client relationships that result in long-term repeat business
• Through dedicated and persistent communication proactively build client and candidate referral sources
• Screen, interview and present candidates for open job orders
• Understand client requirements and manage candidate expectations in order to match candidates with the proper jobs to ensure a successful placement rate
• Prepare candidates for interviews and “close” candidates from the initial interview through to the final interview process and the presentation of a formal job offer
• Present and negotiate job offers while managing candidate expectations
• Proactively gain knowledge of our clients, and through industry research gain an understanding of current market conditions and the competitive landscape
• Consistently provide superior customer services to clients and candidates alike
• Always operate in an honest and ethical manner
