Executive Researcher

Qurated is a rapidly scaling executive search firm working with industry-leading clients across Financial Services, Legal and Private Equity. We partner with the businesses shaping the future of their industries, helping them hire exceptional leaders and build high-impact teams.

We’re looking for a sharp, ambitious early-career professional (with some post-university commercial experience) to join our executive search team. This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role, supporting the delivery of senior leadership and executive mandates across the US, building real market insight, and getting early access to how major hiring decisions are made at the top of organisations.

You will:

• Map leadership markets and identify the individuals shaping them
• Work on live executive searches for senior US-based roles from day one
• Engage with senior professionals and gain exposure to c-suite hiring processes
• Use Linked In and specialist tools to identify and track high-calibre talent
• Support candidate outreach and relationship building alongside senior team members
• Produce insight-led research packs and intelligence that directly informs client decisions
• Work closely with experienced Consultants on high-value projects with real commercial impact
