Following an exceptional year of sustained growth, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive our next phase of success.
Part of Davies Consulting, our Talent Solutions practice delivers a broad portfolio of consultative staffing services — including technology services, graduate programs, executive search and coaching, and large-scale interim managed service operations. This role offers a unique opportunity for a high-performing 360° recruiter to elevate their career, working in true partnership with clients to deliver strategic talent solutions alongside traditional permanent and contract placements.
TheOpportunity
This is a genuine 360° recruitment role offering full ownership of both client and candidate relationships. You will be responsible for generating new business, building long-term partnerships, and delivering high-quality interim talent solutions across the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities- Originate and win new client business across the insurance sector
- Build and nurture long-term, strategic client partnerships
- Own and manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source, engage, and place high-caliber interim insurance professionals
- Provide market intelligence and consultative hiring advice
- Deliver against revenue targets and performance objectives
- Proven track record recruiting within the insurance sector
- Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition, specifically driving new business with insurance clients
- Confident being a leader, growing and leading teams.
- Confident managing a full 360° recruitment desk
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build and grow a desk
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
- Working Model: Hybrid (1–2 days per week in office)
