Recruiter (Sales Focus)

We're on the lookout for a driven, resourceful Recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building our sales team by identifying, engaging, and onboarding top Sales Representative talent. You’ll Do
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, databases, and outbound sourcing.
  • Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, evaluating candidates for both cultural fit and professional qualifications.
  • Manage candidate relationships and serve as a point of contact throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain a steady pipeline of top talent to meet ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Meet and exceed weekly activity targets (calls, emails, interviews).
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from start to finish.
What You Bring
  • Experience in high‑volume recruitment, ideally in sales or agency environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're persuasive, articulate, and people‑focused.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • A self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit performance targets in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Experience in campus recruiting or agency recruitment is a strong plus.
