- Will work under the manager who handles technical titles and union roles
- Must be familiar or have worked with DOT Compliance, Utilities, Transportation or Energy Industry
- Should be able to handle high volume roles
- Will work under the manager who handles entry level and high volume hiring (usually thousands of candidates in pipeline)
- Must be familiar or have worked with Federal Motor Carrier Safety, DOT Compliance, doing background checks
- Hiring for General Utility workers or Customer Operations experience is preferred
- Requires 5+ years of Full-cycle Talent Acquisition work experience
- Should have Talent Acquisition QA/Auditing/Investigations experience. If not, must be willing to learn and perform those functions
- Must be familiar or have worked with Excel (Office 365), Quality Assurance, Audits, Reporting tools, Compliance
- In this role, the candidate will do Talent Acquisition work for 5-6 months and then will be moved to perform Auditing responsibilities (as stated in Role
3)
