Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person)
- Manage learning logistics, including calendars, facilitators, materials, room bookings, and technology
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): enroll learners, track completion, and generate reports
- Support the development and updating of training materials, job aids, and resources
- Assist in the facilitation of learning programs such as New Hire Orientation, Service Excellence, Zoom Production, and more, both in person and virtually
- Assist in the development of eLearning courses using Captivate, Storyline, or other software
- Communicate training opportunities and reminders to employees and managers
- Provide logistical and material support for learning specialists’ training needs
- Track attendance, completion rates, and evaluation feedback
- Assist with needs assessments and skills gap analyses
- Support compliance and mandatory training requirements
- Collaborate with Human Resources, managers, and external vendors to support learning initiatives
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
- Minimum three (3) year experience in learning & development, Human Resources, or program coordination experience required
- Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools
- Familiarity with instructional design principles preferred
- Familiarity with eLearning software such as Captivate or Storyline preferred
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Customer-service mindset with a passion for employee development
