Location: New York

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person)
  • Manage learning logistics, including calendars, facilitators, materials, room bookings, and technology
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): enroll learners, track completion, and generate reports
  • Support the development and updating of training materials, job aids, and resources
  • Assist in the facilitation of learning programs such as New Hire Orientation, Service Excellence, Zoom Production, and more, both in person and virtually
  • Assist in the development of eLearning courses using Captivate, Storyline, or other software
  • Communicate training opportunities and reminders to employees and managers
  • Provide logistical and material support for learning specialists’ training needs
  • Track attendance, completion rates, and evaluation feedback
  • Assist with needs assessments and skills gap analyses
  • Support compliance and mandatory training requirements
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, managers, and external vendors to support learning initiatives
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required
  • Minimum three (3) year experience in learning & development, Human Resources, or program coordination experience required
  • Experience with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles preferred
  • Familiarity with eLearning software such as Captivate or Storyline preferred
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Customer-service mindset with a passion for employee development
