Location: New York
A large healthcare company is seeking a Director of HR to oversee the HR department and manage all people operations.
Responsibilities Include- Oversee the HR department and manage the HR team
- Handle credentialing, insurance, compliance, and employee relations
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Oversee policies, procedures, and HR compliance
- Support leadership with strategic HR planning
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across the organization
- Senior HR leadership experience
- Healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of compliance, credentialing, and HR operations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Salary: $130k - $170k/Year
