- Performance Management &
Coaching:
Guide and support managers in evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, handling disciplinary actions, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies. - Recruitment & Staff Development:
Oversee hiring for leadership roles, ensure compliance in interviews, and deliver training on performance management and HR policies to foster ongoing staff growth. - Compliance & Diversity:
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, administer Affirmative Action programs, and analyze diversity reports to maintain a fair and inclusive workplace. - HR Leadership & Operations:
Lead HR initiatives and teams, prioritize tasks, and implement solutions for workplace improvements while adapting to changing business needs. - Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
Build strong relationships across the organization, mediate disputes, and promote a collaborative and positive work environment. - Technology & Process Optimization:
Utilize HR software and systems to manage employee data and streamline HR processes.
- Preferred:
Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in HR management or relevant operations. Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor’s degree is acceptable. - Demonstrated strong leadership, verbal and written communication, and public presentation skills.
- Proven track record of effective problem solving and decision making.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in standard computer applications and office software.
