About the Role:
A growing company is seeking an experienced and people-focused Director of HR to lead all human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building strong teams, creating a positive workplace culture, and ensuring employees feel heard, supported, and motivated.
Responsibilities:- Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff
- Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and compliance matters
- Proactively create initiatives to improve morale, engagement, and retention
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in a senior HR role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A true “people person” with emotional intelligence
- Ability to work proactively and independently
- Experience in fast-growing or dynamic environments preferred
$100k-$150k /year
