Location: New York
We are seeking a hands‑on HR professional to provide operational, report development and project management support, blending HR analytics with comprehensive HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate excels in a fast‑paced, onsite environment, has the ability to multi‑task and possesses strong report development skills.
Salary range for this role will be $90,000 to $100,000 based on education, training and experience.
Duties And Responsibilities Data Analytics and Reporting Compliance- Ensure data integrity and secure access across HR systems through regular audits and validation processes.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of scheduled reports and maintain distribution lists with a clear understanding of the confidential nature of HR and payroll data and the restrictions on sharing and dissemination of that information.
- Maintain awareness of labor laws and HR trends to ensure compliance and develop best practices. Identify and address process gaps to achieve HR excellence.
- Implement and interpret HR policies and programs; ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Support Open Enrollment, Retirement Plans, HRIS Updates, Performance Management Program, Year-End Reporting, and Reconciliation.
- Track and report on key HR metrics and trends. Identify insights to inform strategy and improve employee experience.
- Manage reporting calendar and ensure timely delivery of key HR and compliance reports.
- Support data submission needs for audits, surveys, and benchmarking studies, both internal and external by maintaining existing and creating new HR reports to serve end user needs.
- Assist with the delivery of presentations regarding HR policies to enhance manager skills and performance in line with company goals and objectives.
- Support all HR initiatives and projects. These include system implementations, policy rollouts, employee engagement and wellness programs and change management.
- Track and follow up on deliverables, timelines, and resource plans. Coordinate with HR and cross-functional teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives. Align efforts with HR strategic goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor degree required.
- 2+ years in HRIS/HR Systems/Business Systems, UKG a plus.
- Advanced Report Design and Excel skills required. Experience using IBM Cognos Analytics (UKG Pro People Analytics) or similar tools to design and develop reports.
- Human Resources experience preferred.
- Ability to create and maintain HR both simple and complex reports and dashboards utilizing UKG Pro People Analytics to support the needs of the HR and Payroll teams.
- Incorporate and be open to learning new applications of evolving technology into daily workflow to support data analysis, deliverable development, and challenge traditional approaches.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. Must be skilled at multi‑tasking and prioritizing work projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Manage sensitive confidential information with discretion.
- Use sound judgment and balance multiple priorities.
