Work days: Monday to Friday
Work hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (with an hour lunch break)
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 (annually)

Position OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for owning the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization, with a focus on building sustainable talent pipelines, strengthening employer branding, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. This role will partner closely with business leaders to understand current and future workforce needs, drive recruitment strategy, and ensure the organization hires high-quality talent Talent Acquisition Manager will be accountable for achieving hiring goals, elevating recruitment processes, and building the infrastructure required to support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Strategy & Delivery
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process (job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding) across all departments.
- Build and manage scalable sourcing strategies to ensure strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement recruitment metrics and reporting to track efficiency, quality, and hiring success rates.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Enhance employer brand through creative campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Create consistent messaging around careers, values, and culture.
- Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and design role profiles aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition trends and challenges.
- Process Optimization & Compliance
- Standardize recruitment processes and tools to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Leverage recruitment technology (ATS, Linked In, job boards, etc.) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with HR colleagues to ensure smooth transitions from recruitment to onboarding.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a lead/manager role.
- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment for both volume and specialized roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
- Experience in a growth-oriented or multi-site environment.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements in hiring and onboarding.
- Background in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
