UKG WFM Pro Functional Consultant – Timekeeping & Accruals
REMOTE opportunity with travel to New York when needed
Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced UKG WFM Pro Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on configuration expertise in Timekeeping and Accruals
. The ideal candidate must have mandatory experience configuring UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro and providing functional solution support.
This is a configuration‑heavy, solution‑oriented role requiring deep understanding of workforce policies, compliance, and system optimization.
Mandatory Requirement- Strong hands‑on configuration experience in UKG WFM Pro
- Proven expertise in Timekeeping and Accruals configuration
- Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro – Timekeeping & Accruals modules
- Configure:
- Pay Rules
- Work Rules
- Accrual Profiles
- Leave Policies
- Pay Codes
- Translate business requirements into functional UKG solutions
- Support UAT, regression testing, and production deployments
- Troubleshoot configuration and calculation issues
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders
- 4–8+ years of UKG WFM experience
- Deep understanding of:
- Timecard calculations
- Accrual logic & carryover rules
- Compliance configurations
- Overtime and premium pay setup
- Client‑facing experience preferred
- Strong documentation and solution design skills
