ONIVERSE is looking for a dynamic Senior Recruitment Manager to join its headquarters in New York City, NY!
Job Title: Senior Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Lead full-cycle recruitment for store-level, management, and corporate retail roles
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top retail talent in competitive markets
- Partner with HR and Operations leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
- Monitor labor market trends and recommend recruiting initiatives
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill retail roles
- Represent the company at career fairs and hiring events
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skill, culture fit, and potential
- Coordinate and guide hiring managers through structured interview processes
- Provide consultative guidance to leaders on selection decisions
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure timely communication with candidates
- Serve as a strategic partner to retail leadership and district managers
- Provide regular updates on recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and challenges
- Advise managers on market conditions, compensation trends, and hiring best practices
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
- Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency
- Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and turnover trends
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- 2+ years recruiting in a retail or multi-location environment strongly preferred
- Experience with high-volume hiring environments
- Strong relationship-building and consultative skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven decision-making and reporting capability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
