We’re looking for a highly organized and collaborative Analyst to support the administration and execution of many of Related’s employee engagement and talent development initiatives across the organization (i.e., employee engagement survey, the annual performance management process, early career programs, and other learning initiatives). This position is full‑time, will report to the VP of Talent Development, and will be based in our New York office.
Project& Program Coordination
- Track and monitor progress of ongoing initiatives; maintain documentation and provide regular status updates
- Support virtual and in‑person employee engagement initiatives with event planning, internal communications, and logistics
- Lead Zoom‑based orientations and onboarding sessions as needed
- Track attendance, feedback, and participation data; compile reports for leadership
- Create and format professional, brand‑aligned PowerPoint presentations
- Develop branded visual aids, templates, and printed collateral as needed
- Support preparation of executive‑ready materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Project tracking, and support with prioritization of deliverables
- Process invoices and support budget tracking
- Maintain organized digital files, shared drives, trackers, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency
The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
Anticipated base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000
Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including, but not limited to, the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Development, HR Operations, project management, internal communications, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Exceptional organizational abilities and high attention to detail
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, and ability to create professional, brand‑aligned content
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to interact and engage employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience in HR operations and/or onboarding new employees a plus
