Responsibilities Include:- Managing full-cycle recruitment efforts
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conducting onboarding and orientation processes
- Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed
- Maintaining recruitment tracking systems
- Supporting workforce growth initiatives
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment or HR
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
