About the Role

We are looking for experienced Legal agency recruiters who want to step into a high performing Partner Recruitment desk. This is a chance to specialise at the top of the market, build long standing relationships with leading law firms and play a key role in shaping Partner hiring strategy.

Agency recruitment experience is essential for this one.

What You Will Be Doing

• Running a full 360 Partner focused desk within the legal sector
• Working directly with top law firms on Partner and senior lateral recruitment
• Managing long term talent pipelines and confidential search projects
• Developing new business and growing your own specialist practice area
• Progressing into leadership with clear mentorship and the opportunity to build out a team

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years in an agency recruitment environment
• Experience with in Legal Partner Recruitment
• Strong commercial drive and confidence with BD
• Someone ambitious, polished and ready to operate at a strategic level
