The Senior Technical Recruiter will make high-value placements in the tech sector as well as have the opportunity to lead and grow a team.

Role Highlights
  • Target SMBs and emerging tech firms while leveraging warm relationships from other brands
  • Land, expand, and cross-sell recruitment solutions across software, cyber, cloud, and data markets
  • Win on new business and successfully place tech talent into those companies
  • Organically scale headcount by hiring and developing fresh graduates into high-billers
You Will Need
  • Proven 360 recruitment expertise, sales and recruiting
  • Track record in building client relationships, negotiating terms, and winning repeat business
  • Ability to mentor, motivate, and hold consultants accountable to high standards
  • Comfort working in a boutique environment with hands-on business development
  • Persistence, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenging markets
