The HR Data Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and ensuring the accuracy of employee data across HR systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting payroll, time and attendance, and overall HR operations through precise data management and system administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate employee status data within HRIS systems
Process and audit employee transactions including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and compensation changes
Support payroll processing and ensure time and attendance data integrity
Reconcile and validate HR and payroll data to maintain compliance and reporting accuracy
Generate reports and analyze HR data for internal stakeholders
Partner with HR, payroll, and management teams to resolve data discrepancies
Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) support to employees regarding HR and payroll inquiries
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with labor regulations and company policies
