Life Sciences Recruiter | Pharma, Biotech & MedTech

We are seeking dedicated recruiters to join our Life Sciences division. This is a true 360 recruitment role where you will own relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering mission-critical Life Science talent across innovative, enterprise programs, transformation initiatives, and post-production support. The key role for this position is formulating and building relationships as well as growth within the market.

• Apply superior full-cycle recruitment and techniques in a 360 capacity
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates while maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

• Proven success within the Life Sciences Field
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
