You’llplayakeyroleinbuildingstrongclientrelationships,drivingnewbusiness,anddeliveringstrategicemployerbrandingsolutions.

Inthisroleyouwillworkfullyremotebutberequiredtotraveloccasionally,primarilyforclientmeetingsandtoour

HQinStockholm,Sweden.

• Identifyingandsecuringnewbusinessopportunitiesacrossthe
  
  U.S.,whilestrengtheningrelationshipswithexistingclients
• Drivingbusinessgrowththroughconsultativesales–fromleadgenerationandproposalwritingtoclientpresentationsandclosingdeals
• Collaborating with
  
  HR professionals,employerbrandleaders,andseniorexecutivesatsomeofthecountry’stop organizations
• Managingapipelineofactiveaccountsandopportunities,acceleratingsalescycles,andensuringlong-termclientsuccess

• Aresults-drivenmindsetandastrongtrackrecordinB2
  
  Bsales,especiallywithinnewbusinessdevelopmentandkeyaccountgrowth
• Experienceinconsultativeorsolution-based selling;experience within
  
  HR,employer branding,ortalentmarketingisabigplus
• Aproactiveandcuriousapproachwithahuntermentality
• International experience,whetherthroughworkorstudies,isvalued
• Fluent Englishisrequired;additionallanguagesareabonus
• Comfortableworkingindependentlyinafast-moving,global environment
• Auniversitydegree(or equivalent),ideallyinbusiness,marketing,communications,orarelatedfield
• Familiaritywithmarketing,brand positioning,oremployerbrandingisadefiniteadvantage
