PeopleSoft Pension Integrator​/Support Analyst

The purpose of this position is to support critical initiatives within a People Soft Pension Administration system for administered pension plans. This position is responsible for:

• Enhancing, modifying, and troubleshooting existing pension processes, and implementing new processes to ensure accurate, secure, and compliant pension calculations and estimates, including integration with other modules within People Soft HCM.
• Implementing and supporting all customizations required to comply with pension legislation, tiers, regulatory requirements, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
• Maintaining legacy data converted into a centralized and highly customized People Soft Pension Administration system and improving efficiency through centralized administration.
• Configuring all pension rules including eligibility, participation, consolidation (hours, earnings, contributions), vesting, benefit formulas, and optional benefit forms.
• Supporting various bolt-on applications, including but not limited to pension loans administration systems.

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline and three (3) or more years of full-time paid experience as a People Soft Pension Application Integrator and Support Analyst.

Proficient in People Soft technical tools and development frameworks, including People Tools, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, XML and BI Publisher for reporting and integrations, as well as COBOL for legacy batch processing and system enhancements.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Strong experience with People Soft HCM and People Soft Pension. The role requires hands-on experience with complex pension calculations and compliance requirements, including IRS 415 limits, final average earnings, 401(a)(17) and Kingston cap limits, overtime earning caps per collective bargaining agreements and statutory changes, High-3 calculations under 415 and 401(a)(17) limits. Implementation of annual cost-of-living adjustments (COLA), pension loans administration, and service purchase buyback processing.
