• Source and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Conduct initial screens to assess candidates for the role and educate them on Flip and our vision.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage, focusing on quality and volume for evergreen roles.
• Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale.

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and AI technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems (ATS, Linked In, sourcing platforms).
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow—learn, fail fast, and keep going.

Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for bonus and/or commission as well as equity, subject to board approval.

Compensation Range: $60,000 – $75,000 USD

• International team spanning the US, UK, and Canada.
• Comprehensive healthcare coverage.
• Unlimited vacation with a mandatory half‑week off in July and a full week off at year‑end.
• In‑office schedule 5 days/week at our Suffolk County satellite office, with expectations to work from HQ in NYC.
