Location: New York

Amorepacific is seeking a highly skilled, recruitment‑focused HR professional to lead and execute full‑cycle hiring across our U.S. organization. This role is deeply executional and ideal for someone who thrives in hands‑on recruiting, fast-paced environments, and managing multiple searches simultaneously.

You will own the entire hiring process—from receiving a job description to delivering the offer—ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high‑quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Greenhouse and Linked In Recruiter are essential.

Principal Accountabilities Full-Cycle Recruitment Leadership
  • Own and execute the full hiring process for all corporate and field roles.
  • Conduct intake meetings to align on role requirements, competencies, and search strategy.
  • Post and manage job requisitions across Greenhouse, Linked In, and additional job boards.
  • Source top talent using Linked In Recruiter, proactive outreach, and market insights.
  • Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and prepare structured candidate summaries.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth process for hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate communication from first touch through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with HR leadership to prepare competitive offer packages and facilitate approvals.
  • Deliver offers and guide candidates through the final stages of the process.
  • Delegate tasks such as sourcing support, scheduling, pipeline updates, and administrative work.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee two recruiting interns.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development.
  • Ensure interns maintain accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all recruiting tasks.
Recruiting Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate pipelines, requisition statuses, and documentation in Greenhouse.
  • Process background checks through Hire Right and ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistent documentation, and adherence to recruiting best practices.
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on timelines, interview structure, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning and prioritization of open roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent Amorepacific professionally in the talent market.
Onboarding Coordination
  • Manage the pre‑boarding and onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with IT to ensure laptops, system access, and equipment are prepared before start dates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to confirm onboarding schedules, training plans, and first‑day readiness.
  • Serve as the point of contact for new hires during their transition into the company.
Headcount Management Responsibility
  • Ensure all hiring activity aligns with approved headcount, budget, and organizational compliance requirements.
  • Provide ongoing reporting and insights on headcount status, open roles, hiring velocity, and pipeline health.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to define annual and quarterly headcount plans aligned to budget and workforce strategy.
Key Experience and Skills Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within beauty, retail, CPG, or a fast-paced consumer brand.
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (required).
  • Strong sourcing expertise using Linked In Recruiter (required).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, execute quickly, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Passion for delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
