You will own the entire hiring process—from receiving a job description to delivering the offer—ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high‑quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Greenhouse and Linked In Recruiter are essential.
- Own and execute the full hiring process for all corporate and field roles.
- Conduct intake meetings to align on role requirements, competencies, and search strategy.
- Post and manage job requisitions across Greenhouse, Linked In, and additional job boards.
- Source top talent using Linked In Recruiter, proactive outreach, and market insights.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and prepare structured candidate summaries.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth process for hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication from first touch through offer acceptance.
- Partner with HR leadership to prepare competitive offer packages and facilitate approvals.
- Deliver offers and guide candidates through the final stages of the process.
- Delegate tasks such as sourcing support, scheduling, pipeline updates, and administrative work.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee two recruiting interns.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and skill development.
- Ensure interns maintain accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all recruiting tasks.
- Maintain accurate pipelines, requisition statuses, and documentation in Greenhouse.
- Process background checks through Hire Right and ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, consistent documentation, and adherence to recruiting best practices.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on timelines, interview structure, and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on workforce planning and prioritization of open roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent Amorepacific professionally in the talent market.
- Manage the pre‑boarding and onboarding process for all new hires.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure laptops, system access, and equipment are prepared before start dates.
- Partner with hiring managers to confirm onboarding schedules, training plans, and first‑day readiness.
- Serve as the point of contact for new hires during their transition into the company.
- Ensure all hiring activity aligns with approved headcount, budget, and organizational compliance requirements.
- Provide ongoing reporting and insights on headcount status, open roles, hiring velocity, and pipeline health.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to define annual and quarterly headcount plans aligned to budget and workforce strategy.
- 3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally within beauty, retail, CPG, or a fast-paced consumer brand.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (required).
- Strong sourcing expertise using Linked In Recruiter (required).
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, execute quickly, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Passion for delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- A recruitment-first mindset with a love for sourcing, screening, and closing talent.
- A process-driven approach with strong operational discipline.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented style that keeps searches moving forward.
- A polished, professional presence that reflects the Amorepacific brand.
