The Opportunity

The firm is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the administration and execution of compensation and benefits programs across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees are supported through accurate, compliant, and competitive total rewards programs.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical precision, employee interaction, and operational ownership within a collaborative HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer compensation programs including merit cycles, incentive plans, and salary benchmarking activities

  • Coordinate benefits administration across medical, retirement, disability, and leave programs

  • Maintain accurate HRIS benefits and compensation data and perform regular audits

  • Support open enrollment planning and execution

  • Manage leave-of-absence processes including FMLA and disability administration

  • Partner with vendors and serve as primary point of contact for benefits providers

  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to compensation and benefits programs

  • Support salary monitoring and variable compensation processes

  • Generate reporting and ensure accurate billing and allocation tracking

  • Assist with process improvements and HR operational initiatives

About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of compensation and benefits administration experience

  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable regulations

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder support abilities

  • SHRM certification preferred

  • Comfortable operating in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

  • Strong technical proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
