The roleWe’re hiring a Senior Executive Recruiter to help drive delivery on our contract/temp desk. This is not a “post and pray” seat. You’ll run a fast, full-cycle recruiting process, work a steady flow of live openings, and build a repeatable pipeline that keeps contractors working and clients coming back.

What you’ll do- Build and maintain a high-output pipeline using Linked In Recruiter, referrals, outreach sequences, and market mapping.
- Recruit across contract/temp-to-perm needs aligned to Madison Davis’s core lanes (financial services, banking, and adjacent professional services).
- Own the contractor lifecycle: onboarding, compliance paperwork, start logistics, performance check-ins, redeployment.
- Partner with sales/account leadership to prioritize reqs, calibrate quickly, and deliver shortlists that actually move.
- Manage activity and workflow in ATS/CRM with clean notes, tight follow-ups, and accurate reporting.
- 3–10+ years of agency recruiting experience with meaningful contract/temp delivery (financial services and/or technology a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches in a time-sensitive environment—without sacrificing quality.
- Strong phone presence and candidate management (you can drive process, not just “send resumes”).
- Comfort with pay rate conversations, availability, and start-date urgency.
