- Recruitment and selection
- Team performance management
- Compensation and benefits management
- Succession planning, health, safety and wellness
- Training and development of employees
- Maintain employee relations and labour relations
What can we offer:
- Base Salary : $75K to $85K
- Bonus : 10%

What are we looking in our HR Manager?
- You have 5-9 years experience in Human Resource.
- You have 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- You've worked for more than 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- If you can speak in Spanish
, that would be our biggest asset. - You’ve have an degree in HR Management
