The firm specializes in placing permanent and temporary professionals across Accounting/Finance, HR, Administrative, Front Office, and Operations roles within prestigious Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Private Equity firms, Real Estate firms, and CPA firms in the New York Metropolitan area.

Open Positions: 8

• Front Office Focused: 180 Delivery-Focused Recruiters
• Senior Recruiter Full Desk: Middle Management, overseeing a team
• A&F Focused: Junior-Level 180 Delivery-Focused Recruiters
• Middle Office Focused: Mid-Level 360 Recruiter with asset management experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Hit the ground running, managing existing client relationships and developing new ones.
• Recruit top-tier professionals for high-profile clients across various industries.

Must Have:

• Ability to quickly adapt and bring in results in the Accounting & Finance recruitment space.
• A proven track record of success in recruitment, with consistent performance (not job hoppers).
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, particularly within the Accounting & Finance sectors.
