Senior Human Resources and Payroll Recruiter @ Frazer Jones | Talent Acquisition, Strategic CommunicationsRepresenting a mission-driven, community-focused nonprofit organization, we are proud to be leading the search for a Talent Acquisition Manager. This newly created role will lead a small team and partner closely with HR leadership to shape and deliver a high-impact talent strategy.

This is a pivotal role offering the opportunity to influence culture, build processes, and drive performance. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of recruiters and a dotted-line HR coordinator
- Overseeing full-cycle recruitment for a select portfolio of roles
- Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Supporting workforce planning and forecasting hiring needs
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse sourcing channels
- Enhancing recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborating on onboarding, retention, and other strategic HR initiatives
- Managing employer branding and employee value proposition efforts
- Ensuring compliance and timely execution of recruitment activities
- Partnering with the Managing Director of HR to uphold and evolve best practices across the talent function
To be successful in this role our client is looking for a:
- Talent acquisition or HR professional with 7+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional with experience in recruitment and generalist HR functions
- Leader who can manage with both diplomacy and directness
- Individual with knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR analytics
- Candidate familiar with labor laws and DEI initiatives
- Professional experienced in workforce planning and position control (preferred)
