Our New York office is expanding, and we’re hiring a Recruiter to support our Financial Services practice. This is a 180‑desk role focused solely on candidate sourcing, screening, and delivery and the ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Financial Services industry as a whole.

What You’ll Do
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates for mid–senior FS roles (banks, asset managers, hedge funds, PE, fintech, etc.)
  • Build strong talent pipelines through research, direct sourcing, referrals, and networking
  • Partner closely with 360 consultants to understand search needs and deliver high‑quality shortlists
  • Manage interviews, feedback, and offer processes
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience while representing a leading global recruitment brand
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–4 years’ experience in candidate delivery, resourcing, research, or 180‑desk recruiting for the Financial Services industry
  • Strong tenure/stability in previous roles (REQUIRED)
  • Proven sourcing and interviewing skills
  • FS recruitment experience at a staffing agency REQUIRED - Hedge funds, PE, VC, Asset and Wealth Management (mid-sized or boutique)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by high‑quality execution
