Recruiter, Talent Manager

Location: This position is based in New York City
, and in-office attendance is required Monday-Thursday with the ability to be remote on Friday.

• 2-4+ years experience as a Recruiter within a hyper-growth tech company, ideally with in-house experience
• 1-2+ years experience utilizing recruitment tools such as Greenhouse (ATS) and Linked In Recruiter
• Demonstrated expertise hiring qualified candidates at all levels throughout all departments including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, etc.
• Proven recruitment expertise through the experience of managing the full recruitment cycle of multiple requisitions at any given time, with an emphasis on a top-notch candidate experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates, conveying job opportunities effectively, and collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to follow processes and procedures
• Genuine passion for developing and engaging with diverse talent pipelines, and the ability to approach talent acquisition from a strategic level to ensure the best fit for each role
• Bonus points for experience working efficiently with a diverse team located across multiple offices and time zones.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, create interview and competency planning, and formally kick off the hiring process for the job requisition
• Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, recruiting and social media platforms, networking and other channels
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills and values add for the open role
• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process including resume review, pipeline management, sourcing and outreach, schedule, phone interviews, candidate on-site interviews, extending job offers, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
• Communicate effectively and timely with all candidates in our hiring process, and maintain accurate records throughout the selection process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement recruitment strategies, initiatives and best practices to attract and retain top talent
• Maintain accurate candidate records within Greenhouse to generate recruitment reports to track key performance indicators
• Be a champion of change to effectively manage and shift priorities as the company and departments change within their hiring needs

• Rewarding Compensation Packages:
