Position
General Purpose of the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Total Rewards & HR Operations, to join our team in New York. This pivotal role will be instrumental in optimizing our compensation, benefits, and HR operational frameworks, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a best‑in‑class employee experience. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, capable of managing complex HR processes and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of the sales incentive calculations, including commission calculations and Store Manager bonus calculations, and provide support for additional reporting and simulations.
- Support the development of new and revised company policies, including all relevant communication.
- Drive the evolution of HR Operations providing best‑in‑class knowledge and recommendations to build efficiencies.
- Ensure all newly hired employees are trained on compensation, benefits and HR programs.
- Support the Senior Manager Total Rewards & HR Operations in the annual bonus and salary review process.
- Manage all leave of absence claims and the education of employees on LOA programs.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Stay informed of state and federal policy law changes to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with the annual benefits open enrollment process, providing guidance and support to employees.
- Support the development and delivery of balanced and competitive employee compensation programs and be responsible for the administration of LVMH health and welfare, and 401(k) benefits.
- Support in internal and external reporting requirements, including headcount reports, annual reports, EEO reporting, etc.
- Develop SOP processes and guides for all HR operational activities.
- Assist in HR projects, including maintaining the HR Portal and other related tasks.
- Support the business in the management of staff composition and cost definition in budget/forecast processes, both for employees and external workforce.
- Support in the analysis, monitoring and management of bonus (monthly accrual, payout calculation, etc.).
- HR labour cost analysis including weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting on HR KPI’s.
Skills And Abilities
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, and/or HR Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- In‑depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA).
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management tools like SAP Success Factors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced).

CompensationLoro Piana uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market‑competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $95,000.00 to $ per year.
