Lowenstein Sandler is actively executing a multi-year strategic growth plan focused on expanding key practices, strengthening market position, and attracting high-value talent aligned with its long-term priorities. The Firm is seeking a Director of Recruiting and Integration who will ensure that these efforts are not transactional but instead serve as a strategic lever for firm growth.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this individual will lead the team of professionals responsible for attorney and business services recruiting and integration while directly driving partner recruiting strategy. This is a high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of firm strategy and talent - working closely with senior leadership and practice group leaders to identify, attract, and successfully integrate high-impact partners.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Drive lateral partner recruiting strategy, pipeline development, and execution
- Advise firm leadership on talent market dynamics and hiring opportunities
- Oversee integration strategy to support lateral success and retention
- Lead and develop the recruiting and integration team across all hiring populations
- Strengthen recruiting processes, coordination, and consistency firmwide
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience leading lateral recruiting within a law firm
- Strong understanding of law firm growth strategy, lateral hiring dynamics, and law firms and the industry overall
- Credibility and executive presence with senior partners and firm leadership
- Experience leading recruiting teams and firmwide talent functions
- Strategic mindset with strong execution and relationship-building skills

For candidates meeting the requirements, the expected base salary is $275,000 to $325,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
