Practice Director – Law Firm Leadership

The Practice Director will oversee and lead the recruitment of law firm partners and other leaders into new roles while simultaneously building and maintaining client relationships with law firms seeking top‑tier partner talent. This role combines executive recruitment expertise with business development skills to ensure the successful fulfillment of strategic hiring needs for customers.
