This is a HYBRID position, 1 day in office per week. Our office is located in Flatiron District, New York, NY. This is a Part‑time Contract position, looking for someone to work a minimum of 25 hours per week. Hourly salary starting at $22 per hour, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is enthusiastic, organized, and collaborative to help support our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning new things and a willingness to learn more about sourcing with excellent attention to detail. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, with a strong focus on coordination, communication, and candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in building foundational experience within Talent Acquisition.

What you will be doing:
  • Work closely with the Recruiters to support day‑to‑day recruiting coordination and processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (remote & onsite) with hiring teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling, manage tracking spreadsheets, and update recruiting data to ensure accurate scheduling and candidate status.
  • Manage requests in the Talent Acquisition inbox by responding to inquiries promptly, including interview confirmations, reminders, and follow‑up communications.
  • Contribute to an overall positive candidate experience by maintaining communication, bridging information gaps, and ensuring a smooth transition through each stage in the recruitment process.
  • Assist Recruiters with candidate application management in our Applicant Tracking System, , ensuring accurate candidate details and disposition.
  • Learn foundations of applicant sourcing and assist recruiters with pipeline creation.
  • Conduct market research and stay up to date with new and emerging HR technology.
  • Assist with gathering candidate feedback and identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and interview process efficiency.
  • Effectively balance multiple competing priorities, demonstrating strong organizational and communication ability, while maintaining accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing and drafting formal offer letters for candidates.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas on process improvement.
  • Support special projects such as internship program coordination, recruiting process updates, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Exposure to all areas within the HR team, helping assist with onboarding and HR projects as needed.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company and the TA team as a whole.
Who you are:
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a professional environment, prior Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
  • Interest in building experience within Talent Acquisition, including learning recruiting processes and coordination workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (ex; Outlook, Excel, & Teams); experience with an ATS (ex; ) is a plus.
