Summary

The Human Resources Director will lead and manage all HR functions for Thélios USA and Barton Perreira, shaping people strategy across the region and ensuring alignment with LVMH HR priorities. This senior HR business partner role supports the General Manager and senior leaders, drives talent development and retention, and leads organizational change initiatives. The position oversees HR operations, compliance, total rewards, and builds a high‑performing HR team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies aligned with business objectives and Group vision.
  • Act as strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on organizational design, change readiness, and workforce planning.
  • Lead talent management cycles including performance, succession planning, and recruitment.
  • Design and deliver capability building and retention programs to support leadership and internal mobility.
  • Manage HR operations, compliance, payroll oversight, compensation analysis, headcount planning, and HR budget.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing HR team and oversee employee relations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, or related field; PHR/SPHR a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years of HR experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, total rewards, and labor law compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical skills, and experience driving complex HR programs and change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, and building an engaging employee experience.
