About The Role
As the Tech Talent Partner, you’ll work as an embedded talent expert, owning the end‑to‑end hiring journey across Tech and Engineering roles. You’ll partner closely with executive stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, source and engage exceptional talent, and deliver a thoughtful and seamless candidate experience.
What You’ll Be Doing- Build strong pipelines of finance talent across early‑stage and scaling businesses
- Drive full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding strategy
- Provide market insights, hiring data, and interview process improvements to stakeholders
- Represent the employer brand with authenticity, professionalism, and warmth
- Contribute to broader talent initiatives across the portfolio
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record hiring for Tech and Engineering roles.
- Experience in a high‑growth agency environment, with exposure to startup or embedded recruitment models.
- Skilled stakeholder manager—able to push back, influence, and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Passion for startups or mission‑driven work.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
