Location: New York
CCSi is seeking a Principal Consultant - Outsourced Human Resources Director / People Operations Director to lead HR operations for clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR Director experience, strong strategic and customer relationship skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. The role is hybrid, involving some onsite work in New York State, with a compensation range of $60 to $70 per hour.
