The 360 Consultant will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery across high-value professional or financial services clients.
Role Highlights
The 360 Consultant will...
– Build and manage relationships with senior-level clients across financial and professional services
– Source, screen, and shortlist exceptional candidates for roles in Tax, Risk, Compliance & Legal
– Lead client meetings, pitch new business, and manage retained and contingent assignments
– Collaborate with colleagues across NYC, London
– Drive consistent revenue growth with the support of a lucrative commission structure
You Will Need
The 360 Consultant will bring...
– Previous 360 recruitment experience in professional or financial services
– A track record of billing success and client development
– Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
– A proactive, self-motivated approach and a commercial mindset
– Confidence working in a hybrid NYC environment, 4 days in-office
