• Partner with corporate and retail leaders to define hiring needs and talent acquisition strategies.
• Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, short‑listing, and candidate engagement.
• Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipelines and participate in recruiting events.
• Track and meet staffing metrics such as time to fill and new hire effectiveness and recommend process improvements.

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting corporate and retail functions.
• Proven ability to deliver a high‑touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships quickly across stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and improvements.
