Location: New York

Summary

Lead strategic talent development and acquisition initiatives across multiple fashion maisons, shaping attraction, retention, leadership pipelines and employer branding. Drive the design and delivery of learning, coaching and internal mobility programs while partnering with business leaders across corporate and retail functions. Manage a team and apply data-driven recruiting and development strategies to support organizational growth.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement employee development programs, training, coaching and mentoring initiatives.
  • Lead Organizational Management Review processes to identify and nurture key talent and succession pipelines.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and lead end-to-end executive recruitment.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Maison Talent Directors and business stakeholders to align regional and global talent initiatives.
  • Implement metrics and reporting frameworks to measure recruiting and development outcomes.
  • Oversee nomination and deployment to leadership development programs and enhance internal mobility experiences.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the talent development and acquisition team.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion strategies to attract and retain diverse talent.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in talent development and/or talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success developing and executing recruitment and development strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with experience partnering across matrixed organizations.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting metrics.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and ability to drive related initiatives.
  • Passion for the fashion industry and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
