Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000/year base + uncapped commission

TAG Med Staffing is hiring a Healthcare Therapy Recruiter in New York, NY to drive full-cycle agency recruitment for allied health professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, across clinical and school-based settings. You will source, screen, and place licensed therapy professionals while building strong candidate pipelines in the NYC healthcare staffing market. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of healthcare agency recruiting experience and direct experience placing OT, PT, and SLP professionals.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement for OT, PT, and SLP professionals.
• Therapy Talent Acquisition: Recruit and place Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists across healthcare and school-based settings.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong network of licensed therapy professionals within the New York Metro market.

  Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Credentialing & Compliance: Verify licensure, certifications, and onboarding documentation prior to placement.

• Experience: 2+ years of healthcare agency recruiting experience with direct OT, PT, and SLP placement responsibility in the New York City market.
• Recruiting Focus: Proven track record managing a therapy-focused desk in a staffing agency setting.

  Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn or similar), Linked In Recruiter, and healthcare sourcing tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of therapy licensure requirements and healthcare staffing workflows.
• Skills & Attributes: Results-driven professional with strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage high requisition volume, and a metrics-oriented mindset.
