Senior Associate, People Operations & Early Career Programs

Roivant Sciences, Inc., 1 Pennsylvania Plaza, 54th floor, New York, NY 10119, United States

Roivant is a biopharmaceutical company that aims to improve the lives of patients by accelerating the development and commercialization of medicines that matter. Roivant advances its pipeline by creating nimble subsidiaries or “Vants” to develop and commercialize medicines and technologies. Since its inception in 2014, Roivant has achieved the following critical milestones in support of its vision: built over 20 Vants;

12 consecutive positive Phase 3 trials; 8 FDA approvals; 5 successful IPOs; >$6B in capital raised; >$10B in global pharma partnerships and proceeds; and continued pipeline expansion across various modalities and therapeutic areas through in‑licensing and acquisition of novel product candidates and technology platforms. In addition to a robust clinical stage pipeline, Roivant also incubates discovery‑stage companies and health technology startups complementary to its biopharmaceutical business.

We embrace diversity across all dimensions and levels of the organization, and we strive to ensure every employee is supported in reaching their full potential. We hire motivated people with diverse backgrounds, identities, experiences, and skillsets. We are committed to fostering an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to create value for patients.

Position Summary:

This role sits at the intersection of people operations and early career program management, owning both the day‑to‑day execution of people operations activities across Roivant and its portfolio companies and the strategic design and delivery of our early career talent programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship‑driven, and excited to help shape how we attract and develop the next generation of talent.

Responsibilities

People Operations:

  • Own and continuously improve the onboarding experience at Roivant and the Vant portfolio — design and maintain 30/60/90‑day frameworks, manager onboarding toolkits, and new hire surveys; use feedback to drive program iteration
  • Lead new employee orientation
  • Manage the operational offboarding process — coordinate logistics, ensure consistency across the portfolio, and maintain exit survey infrastructure
  • Coordinate and execute company‑wide people programs and events — plan logistics, manage timelines and vendor relationships, and drive participation
  • Own internal and external People Team communications, ensuring messaging is clear, timely, on‑brand, and accessible to all employees

Early Career Programs:

  • Design and manage Roivant’s early career programs including the Rotational Analyst, Fellowship programs, and intern pipeline — full cycle recruiting, onboarding experience design, programming, development frameworks, and performance structures
  • Serve as an HRBP resource, partnering with managers and employees on day‑to‑day people questions and escalating appropriately
  • Build and maintain relationships with target universities, career services offices, and student organizations to establish Roivant as an employer of choice on campus
  • Collaborate with managers and department leaders to align early career program objectives with business needs and organizational goals
  • Plan and execute campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions, both virtual and in‑person
  • Develop program curricula and structured experiences that support participant development and drive conversion from intern, Rotational Analyst, and Fellow to full‑time hire
  • Track program outcomes — conversion rates, participant performance, cohort feedback — and use data to drive program iteration

Special Projects:

  • Working closely with the SVP, Head of People, lead and support cross‑functional People team initiatives as assigned — process redesigns, culture and engagement programming, or other strategic priorities
  • Bring a structured, project‑management orientation to ambiguous problems; operate effectively with significant autonomy
