The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for various open positions within the organization. This includes identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for corporate,sales,and technical roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work effectively under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office at our HQ in Soho, NYC.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates, using job boards, social media, direct outreach, job fairs, and other innovative sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications and requirements for the role.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, cultural fit, and motivation for the position.
- Provide candidates with an overview of the company culture, job responsibilities, and career growth opportunities.
- Present a shortlist of highly qualified candidates to hiring managers for further interviews.
- Facilitate candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and transparent communication.
- Establish a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, constructive feedback, and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Ensure candidates are properly onboarded into the recruitment process, including providing job details, compensation information, and interview logistics.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job descriptions, role expectations, and specific skills/experiences required.
- Advise on recruitment best practices, compensation trends, and interview techniques.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of recruitment pipelines, including sourcing progress, candidate feedback, and interview outcomes.
- Support hiring managers in extending job offers, ensuring alignment on compensation and other terms of employment.
- Assist with negotiations when needed, ensuring both the company’s and the candidate’s expectations are met.
- 2-3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both corporate and technical recruiting.
