Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent for our clients. You will also be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work culture for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best candidates
  • Create and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and career progression
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and people management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment agency or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR best practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • SHRM-CP or SCP certification is a plus
