Job Description Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Entry-Level Human Resources Analyst for a temporary-to-permanent position! This person will mainly working in data and benefits.### Responsibilities
* Responsible for benefits research and implementation
* Managing scheduling conflicts
* Initiating and managing background checks
* Drafting and delivering hiring offer letters to selected candidates
* Employee Relations and vendor management
* Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time
* Maintain HR Systems
* Manage HR’s vendor bills and ensure the accuracy.
* Conduct the employee documents filing and perform data validation### Qualifications
* 0-1 years previous experience in Human Resources
* Internships are a plus
* Strong data skills is essential
* Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
* Bachelor's Degree
* Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus
