Summary
The Talent Manager will drive the organization’s talent strategy by leading full-cycle recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives. This role partners with business leaders to attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing talent across corporate, retail, and leadership levels. The position also manages onboarding, learning programs, and talent analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve talent outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate, retail, and leadership positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to develop workforce plans and build diverse talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Design and implement talent management programs, performance management processes, and succession planning initiatives.
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs, training workshops, and career pathing initiatives.
- Manage onboarding and new hire development programs and oversee learning management systems and vendor relationships.
- Monitor recruiting and talent KPIs, develop dashboards, analyze workforce trends, and present insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, HR, or organizational development.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels and leading performance management and succession planning.
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, and talent management systems and strong data-driven analytical skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
