What's the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and systems-minded Recruiting Operations Analyst to join the People & Culture team at United Masters.
This role goes beyond traditional recruiting coordination, focusing on analytics and metrics, tools and systems, optimizing hiring processes, improving candidate experience at scale, and driving operational efficiency across the recruiting function.
Please note that this role is a Hybrid role based in our Brooklyn, NY office: four days in office and one day remote.
What You’ll Do- Support reporting on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, scheduling efficiency, process timelines)
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across ATS and recruiting systems
- Partner with People Ops to improve and scale recruiting tools, workflows, and automation (including AI solutions)
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and candidate experience
- Support recruiting operations projects and initiatives aimed at scaling hiring across the organization
- Own requisition setup and job posting processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Own and optimize workflows in our ATS and automation tools to ensure speed and efficiency
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from scheduling through interview completion
- Own and optimize end-to-end interview scheduling operations within the ATS and recruiting systems to drive efficiency, scalability, and an exceptional candidate experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics and interview coordination needs
- Develop and maintain recruiting operations documentation, SOPs, and best practices to support process standardization and team enablement
Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical thinking with interest in data and process improvement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- High attention to detail with a proactive, systems-oriented mindset
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive solutions independently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep appreciation for people, culture, and candidate experience
- 3+ years of work experience in recruiting or HR-related fields
- Experience supporting or improving processes, workflows, or systems
- Experience with Greenhouse, GEM, ADP, and Google Suite
- Experience working with scheduling tools or automation platforms (e.g., Good Time)
- Experience with recruiting analytics, reporting, or dashboarding
Salary Hiring Range: $75,000 - $95,000
