A Role With Real Scope– This person will manage two pods today and grow into more as the team scales toward and beyond 150. There is a meaningful gap between the 14 engineers and the SVP, so the expectation is that the right hire could hold the ship steady if needed. That level of trust and proximity to the top of the engineering org is rare at a company moving this fast.

Strong full-stack fundamentals and actively contributes code vs just architecting (must be able to assess candidates technically when interviewing and hiring)
Strong communication skills (gravitas, engagement, and ability to lead a team) balanced with structured, strategic, and hypothesis-driven thinking
Partnered with Product & Design through the full discovery, planning, and execution lifecycle (connects engineering work to business goals and customer impact)
A genuine love for developing others and seeing engineers grow in their careers
