A Role With Real Scope

– This person will manage two pods today and grow into more as the team scales toward and beyond 150. There is a meaningful gap between the 14 engineers and the SVP, so the expectation is that the right hire could hold the ship steady if needed. 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software/product engineer with 2+ or 5+ years as an EM

Experience at a high-growth startup (B2C, B2B2C, EdTech, or Health Tech)

Strong full-stack fundamentals and actively contributes code vs just architecting (must be able to assess candidates technically when interviewing and hiring)

Strong communication skills (gravitas, engagement, and ability to lead a team) balanced with structured, strategic, and hypothesis-driven thinking

Partnered with Product & Design through the full discovery, planning, and execution lifecycle (connects engineering work to business goals and customer impact)

A genuine love for developing others and seeing engineers grow in their careers
